A new study by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) had shown that intestinal fungi (molds) such as a Candida may contribute to the development of alcoholic liver disease (ALD or Alcoholic fatty liver disease, Alcoholic hepatitis). In the West, the art of permanently marking your skin with tattoos is more popular than ever. In a 2015 study, it was estimated that 3 in 10 (or 29%) people in the U.S. have at least one tattoo and the numbers are growing.
A lot of people who get and give tattoos understand the dangers of catching a communicable disease from contaminated tattoo guns, needles, and ink. But not many people are aware that you can also become seriously ill from toxic mold (fungus), bacteria and can even develop a lifelong and often fatal disease like cancer. (more…)
The Honest Company has agreed to voluntarily recall certain lots of baby wipes due to the possible presence of mold. The affected wipes are said to have a spotted discoloration from the mold contamination.
The company was founded by actress Jessica Alba. They claim their mission is to provide safe, non-toxic, eco-friendly, beautiful, convenient, and affordable products. (more…)
This is an interesting report on the health risks of mold, health effects of molds and mycotoxins by the U.S. government agency, the “Consumer Product Safety Commission.” The report is very detailed and goes over the questions of the toxic dangers of household products that are contaminated by mold which is a big issue with people who have become ill from exposure. Mold is creepy and will turn up in the scariest of places. It plays toxic tricks on trick or treaters.
In fact, if you are not careful, your children can become very sick on Halloween before they even eat one piece of toxic GMO corn fructose candy.

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a recall on Nu Skin Epoch mist diffusers.
According to the CPSC, “Mold can develop on the product, posing a health risk to individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs or an allergy to mold.” (more…)
