Our standard fee for a complete property mold inspection which includes three lab samples is $375.00. You can also add extra samples for the cost of $75 each.

If you hire us, we will do a complete visual examination of your property from the outside to the inside and from top to bottom searching for water damage, moisture intrusion, musty odors, visible signs of mold, indications of hidden microbial growth and for conditions that may be conducive to growth.

In addition, we will also do a deep forensic investigation that looks inside your walls, ceiling, and floors using our moisture meters and thermal image leak detector to search for hidden damage.

Once your property has been thoroughly checked out, we will test it with our specialized air sampling machine. The inspector will also normally take three air samples (two indoor and one outdoor) that will then be sent to a certified independent indoor air quality (IAQ) testing laboratory for analysis.

After the mold inspection is completed and the lab results have been received, we will create a comprehensive 20-30 page report with pictures, notes and lab results detailing our findings. We will also offer you free advice on the next steps you should take so you have peace of mind.
